Vampire-chan Can’t Suck Properly is all about Luna Ishikawa and Tatsuta Ōtori. Luna Ishikawa is a vampire and girl who struggles to suck blood. Without blood, Luna Ishikawa will not be able to survive in the world. She befriends Tatsuta Ōtori and reveals the secret to him. Otori helps Ishikawa to suck people’s blood easily.
Luna Ishikawa is an introverted girl who remains calm every time. She doesn’t interact with anyone, but gets an opportunity to interact with Otori when they both work and clean together. Ishikawa who used to eat sweets to overcome her hunger is impressed by Tatsuta Otori’s act and she falls in love. Luna Ishikawa’s blood-sucking skills improve and her stamina gets increased. As the story moves, Ishikawa and Otori travel together every day and they eventually become a couple.
