What To Expect From Netflix’s One Piece Live Action Season 2?
OPLA Season 2 is the next in the series and continues Luffy’s and the Straw Hat’s grand adventure to discover the Pirate King’s treasure, the “One Piece.” OPLA Season 1 covers the Romance Dawn, Shell Town, Orange Dawn, Syrup Village, Baratie, Arlong Park, and Loguetown Arc. The seven total arcs from the One Piece manga series. Fans can expect the upcoming season to cover the next five arcs, including Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Whiskey Peak, and Drum Island.
As the story unfolds, new characters will join the Straw Hats: Nico Robin and Tonny Chopper. Despite the initial thought, the series confirmed it would adapt the Arasbasta Arc in Season 3. This allows Netflix to remain loyal to the manga without excluding the moments and characters. OPLA Season 1 ended on a cliffhanger with a serious man holding Luffy’s wanted poster. Fans can expect the identity of the character will be revealed in the upcoming season.
Further, the Straw Hats are making their way to the Grand Line and will face greater threats than ever. Fans can meet new characters, including one who will join the crew. Oda already teased in the announcement video that the crew will need a doctor. And this doctor happens to be the show’s most celebrated character. Not only that, but we will soon find out more about the King of the Pirates.
While One Piece Live Action follows the story from the manga, it has considerable changes. Hence, there’s no guarantee the scenes will play out exactly as Oda envisioned.
