Chapter 18 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, titled “Only Babble in Your Sleep”, begins where the previous issue ended, with Sumire Kakei surprised to see Kawaki holding Amado up against a wall. He was asking the scientist about the reason for putting the limiters on him despite doing everything as he said. Later, he ordered Amado to change his settings to the maximum offensive power.
Kawaki understands Konoha Village’s situation and the threat level of Jura and God Trees that could cause serious trouble if not dealt with early on. However, after talking with Boruto in the previous Chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, Kawaki understand why he frequently gets beaten down.
