The character will be voiced by Ryota Osaka, famous for voicing Naoto Tachibana from Tokyo Revenger, and Sadao Maou from The Devil Is A Part-Time.

The other casting will probably return to their roles, and so will most of the staff members, like Tosifumi Akai as the director, Tashi Kawakami as the character designer, and Ryou Takahashi as the music composer.

The new staff members include the new chief director, Yusuke Tanaka (Animation director for Spy x Family), and the new color artist, Kyouko Hara (Millionaire Detective: Balance Ultimate).

Season 2 Synopsis

Wind Breaker Season 2 is one of the most awaited titles of the spring of 2025 and will continue Haruka Sakura as a member of Bofurins. After understanding the gap between him and the other members, Sakura would train himself harder for the upcoming match with Keel.

At the time this article was published, there was no official synopsis regarding the second season available on the internet. However, judging the visuals, we can speculate which arcs the sequel would cover. The first season of Winder Breaker covers 41 chapters and two arcs, Introduction and the Shishitoren. By keeping that in mind, the second season would probably cover the same number of chapters and arcs. Windbreaker Season 2 would cover Keel Arc first.

With Tsubakino being the focus of the recently released promotional video, Wind Breaker Season 2 would cover Sakura/Tsubakino Arc. This Arc is essential for the character development of Tsubakino, the Heavenly King of Bofurins. They will use their spare time to show Sakura and his friends around town.

Moreover, the characters from the Roppo-Ichiza/ Gravel Arc were also in the visual, meaning these Arcs would also be adapted into the anime. This arc will see Tsubakino and Sakura’s friends in action. They will team up to save some old friends who a mysterious organization will threaten.
