Kuroiwa Medaka ni Watashi no Kawaii ga Tsūjinai/Medaka Kuroiwa Is Impervious to My Charms is all about Mona Kawai and Medaka Kuroiwa. Mona Kawai is a beautiful girl and a high school student, and she moves from Osaka Prefecture to Tokyo. The girl proclaims herself as the Queen Bee of her school. Every boy in the school falls for Mona Kawai, but there is a twist when Medaka Kuroiwa arrives. The Medaka Kuroiwa doesn’t give her any attention and this makes her angry.
Medaka Kuroiwa is a monk-in-training at his family’s temple who is also instructed by the members to not fall in love with any girl. Medaka Kuroiwa is a silent boy in his school and doesn’t interact with anyone. Mona Kawai becomes jealous when her class girls fall in love with Medaka Kuroiwa, but she plans a strategy to make him fall in love with her. Mona Kawai fails in her mission and she eventually falls in love with Medaka Kuroiwa. They both develop a friendship and go out together. In the end, Medaka Kuroiwa and Mona Kawai become closer and they decide to marry.
