Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko ga Hōgen Sugite Tsurasugiru is a colorful triangular love story. Teruaki, a young high school boy, moves to Okinawa from Tokyo and meets new friends. He falls in love with Hina Kyan, but Teruaki is unable to understand the new dialect. Teruaki meets Kana Higa, the best friend of Hina Kyan, and asks her for help.
Kana Higa helps Teruaki by doing the translation and she also grows feelings for Teruaki. Kana Higa has a crush on Teruaki Nakamura when she meets him and then it grows as a love.
