Fantasy manga From Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman is all set to come next year. The manga was adapted into an anime soon broadcast on television. Gaining huge recognition from readers and fans, the fantasy series is ready to bring in some magic and action this spring. Could we get into the details of the series?
When is the anime series From Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman coming?
As the first visuals of the anime series are out, we see a middle-aged man and a few young women surrounding him. The series is slated for spring 2025, somewhere in April. The exact release date of the series is yet to be revealed. Based on the manga From Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman: My Hotshot Disciples Are All Grown Up Now, and They Won’t Leave Me Alone written by Shigeru Sagazaki and illustrated by Tetsuhiro Nabeshima, it was released in 2021 and now has 8 volumes.

The teaser of the series embarks fans on the journey of a man who was once a great swordsman and later retired from his profession. Despite his reputation, he still teaches a few students until he is needed for a bigger job. The synopsis of the series says:
Beryl Gardinant, a self-made “humble old man,” is a sword instructor teaching students sword fighting in a remote village. His dreams of becoming a great swordsman have long since faded. He receives an unexpected visit from a famous former pupil, who informs him that he has been appointed a special instructor for the Liberation Order knights!
His life takes 360 turns when he flies to the capital to reconcile with some of his old students, including elite knights, an ace wizard, and even an adventurer with the highest guild rank conceivable. But why do they all desire his guidance?! He believes they no longer require his services. Can the master live up to his new position? And will he ever find tranquility away from his loving students?!
