Death Note Killer Within video game is launched for Windows on Steam. The game is based on Death Note anime and it is a social deduction game. Before launch, Bandai Namco launched a couple of teasers for the game, and a new tutorial trailer for Death Note Killer Within is out after its release. The new glimpse also reveals the main rules for Death Note Killer Within game.

Death Note Killer Within is a social deduction game and players have to play in two different teams. Here, one team can play as either L or Kira, and complete all major objectives. The story is based on Death Note’s anime arcs. Team Kira has to eliminate L and his followers, and Team L has to capture the Magic Book and eliminate Kira’s investigators.

Players who join Team Kira have to complete small objectives and select their targets before killing one member. Also, one has to judge enemies by stealing their ID card. Before killing a follower, members of team Kira have to write a command in the Death Note to kill them. For Team L members, the goal is to stop Kira and his followers before they use the magic black notebook to kill humans in the city.

Death Note Killer Within Game – Gameplay & Story

The Death Note Killer Within is an online video game. This anime game doesn’t have an offline mode and players need a high-speed internet connection to experience every story. Two teams with 5 players have different goals. Team L has to trap Kira and his followers along with the Death Note magic book. Team Kira and his followers write the end of many people with the magic book. Every mission in Death Note Killer Within game has different objectives and there will be a progress report as well.

Death Note Killer Within game has a unique gameplay and players have to deploy tactics to win missions. It’s all about finding the identities in this social deduction game. Death Note Killer Within also has a cross-play feature and missions can be saved. The progress will be the same as well. The main strategy in Death Note Killer Within game is to utilize the voice chat feature.

Team Kira members can use the Magic Book to pass judgement on investigators and NPCs to kill them, but they can win only after eliminating “L”. Players can run everywhere and enter buildings. Whenever an objective is completed, the progress report will be increased by +1 for both the teams. The second objective for team Kira is to raise the New World Progress Gauge to 100. Team L has to collect the book and expose Kira’s identity to the world. Players of team L can arrest Kira and raise the Investigation Progress Gauge to 100.
