In Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle, Saku Chitose plays the lead role as a high school student. He is portrayed as a women scumbag as everyone hates his popularity. Chisote is also the school rep and he has been an inspiration to many students. Saku Chisote gets an opportunity to meet his old friends in the second year of his high school, but he also gets a task given by his teacher.
Saku Chitose’s teacher asks him to meet a shut-in student who has not come to school for months. He meets the student, Kenta Yamazaki at his home. Chitose is shocked when Yamazaki says he hates him.
