Ameku M.D.: Doctor Detective is a medical mystery thriller. Takao Ameku plays the lead role as the director of the Department of Investigative Pathology at Tenikai General Hospital. She is also the vice-chairman of the hospital. Her job is to diagnose patients who are ignored by other hospitals and she is deemed as an intelligent detective. The story begins when a series of murders and mysterious things start to begin.
Yu Takanashi, the assistant director of the Diagnosis Department helps Takao Ameku to solve murders and deaths inside the hospital. They both travel together and find hints to solve cases. The duo embark on an adventure to save the Tenikai General Hospital from their rivals. Yu and Takao solve cases without getting help from the cops. As they begin the investigation, lots of mysteries in Tenikai Hospital start to unfold and some doctors get exposed. Ameku M.E Doctor Detective is a gripping medical mystery drama that has twists and turns in every chapter.
