Takae Niijima / Marika Shiraishi: Marika Shiraishi is her new appearance, she is reborn as a young girl, the former Takae Niijima. Despite visibly depicted as a child, her soul has consciousness and gives her memories and feelings of Keisuke’s wife hence making her a very complex character. The beautiful and talented seiyuu – Aoi Yuki, known for her role in characters such as Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica will provide the voice for Takae/Marika.

Mai Niijima: Mai is the daughter of keisuke and takae where she finds herself torn between her father’s mourning and her mother’s ghost. she brings in more feeling to the story. Maiko Nomura who is a voice actress and has also done the voices in Aikatsu! and Natsume’s Book of Friends, provides voice to this important character.

Staff and Studio

Animation studio Studio Signpost which worked on the anime has also done Kingdom and The Morose Mononokean. The direction is done by Noriyuki Abe an experienced anime director who has been involved in Bleach and Yuyu Hakusho. The series composition and scriptwriting is done by Sawako Hirabayashi while the character design is done by Narihito Sekikawa.
